观点网讯：12月25日，东方证券股份有限公司发布公告，宣布公司总裁发生变动。

根据公告，原总裁鲁伟铭因任期届满不再担任总裁职务，转任第六届董事会副董事长，并继续担任执行董事、董事会合规与风险管理委员会主任委员及董事会新酬与提名委员会委员。

新任副总裁卢大印自2024年12月23日起生效，任期至第六届董事会履职届满之日止。

卢大印先生，1972年出生，拥有管理学博士研究生学位，是高级经济师。在加入东方证券股份有限公司之前，卢先生曾在中银万国证券股份有限公司及东方证券股份有限公司担任多个职务，包括营业部经理助理、副经理，信息技术中心总经理助理、副总经理等。目前，卢先生还担任公司党委副书记、执行董事、副总裁（主持工作）、首席信息官，上海东证期货有限公司党委书记、董事长，东证期货国际（新加坡）有限公司董事长。
