公告称，健康长寿科学市场的前景广阔，因为观察到全球的富裕客户更愿意接受及花费在长寿科学应用上，以提升彼等的整体健康及免疫状况，并促进彼等身体年轻化。
可能设立合资公司事项符合集团的长寿科学业务发展策略及计划，将有利于集团未来的业务发展。董事会相信可能设立合资公司事项进一步完善集团在长寿科学诊断及医疗服务领域的布局，为公司开拓新的长寿科学收入来源，以期长远为集团带来更加稳定及持续增长的收入。
