智通财经APP讯，中国旭阳集团(01907)公布，配售事项及认购事项已分别于2024年12月20日及2024年12月 27日完成。合共5200万股配售股份已按配售价每股配售股份3.00港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人，卖方已按认购价每股认购股份3.00港元认购合共5200万股认购股份，净筹约1.536亿港元，约50%的所得款项净额将用于优化财务结构(包括但不限于偿还银行借款及租赁负债);及约50%的所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。
