瑞森生活服务宣布董事会成员调整与任命
财中社12月25日电瑞森生活服务（01922）发布公告，宣布多项董事会成员的任命和调整。自2024年12月24日起，潘晓虎由非执行董事调任为执行董事，张明明和朱力被委任为非执行董事，姜长春则被任命为首席财务官。
公告中提到，潘晓虎拥有超过25年的资产管理和投资经验，年薪为8万元。张明明在股票研究方面有超过15年的经验，朱力在中国房地产行业则有超过25年的经验，二人同样年薪为8万元。姜长春在财务管理、审计和会计方面有超过25年的经验。
此外，随着张明明被委任为非执行董事，公司已重新遵守上市规则第13.92条关于董事会成员多元化的规定。值得注意的是，公司股份自2024年8月28日起已在联交所暂停买卖，具体恢复时间待另行通知。
