NBCC (India) Bags New Orders Worth INR3.7 Billion

NBCC (India) (NSE:NBCC, BOM:534309) has secured new orders worth 3.69 billion Indian rupees, according to a Friday filing to the stock exchanges.

The first project, valued at 3 billion rupees, is from the Varanasi Development Authority to develop the Jawaharlal Nehru commercial complex in Varanasi, India.

The company also received a 443.7 million Indian rupees order from Power Grid Corp. of India (NSE:POWERGRID, BOM:532898) to construct and furnish a 500-bedded multi-story "Vishram Sadan" at All India Medical Sciences in Gorakhpur.

Additionally, NBCC clinched a 243.8 million rupees order from the Indian Institution of Technology to construct the Mehta Family School of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Shares of the company were up nearly 1%.
