12月27日，据报道，网易云音乐发布用户2024年度听歌报告。不少网友反映听歌报告不准，有网友表示歌手信息不准，也有网友反映听歌时长有问题。对此，网易云客服，对方表示目前听歌报告已经生成，暂不支持删改。针对听歌时长不一致的问题，客服回应听歌足迹的统计周期有区别，无法直接进行对比，辛苦用户以实际年报展示数据为准。会将网友反映的问题转达给相关负责团队，进行相关优化改进。
