中国旭阳集团签署焦化管理协议，运营管理服务规模升至886万吨/年
中国旭阳集团（01907）发布2024年第四季度运营管理服务业务更新。公司在12月与徐州天安化工有限公司签订合作协议，提供全面的焦化生产经营管理服务，旨在优化生产经营指标，降低费用，提高产品质量与安全环保标准。此次合作将公司的运营管理服务规模提升至886万吨/年，其中焦炭820万吨/年、精细化工66万吨/年。
在2024年第四季度的具体运营管理服务中，焦炭产量达到180万吨，较上季度环比增长12.5%。公司董事会预计，将通过运营管理服务和并购等策略，继续扩大焦炭及精细化工产品的生产和供应能力，保持强劲发展。需要注意的是，以上数据尚未经过独立核数师审核，实际营业收入及利润可能会有所调整。
