专利摘要显示，本实用新型公开了一种土建结构偏差测量装置。本实用新型包括：固定架、收卷结构、升降结构和负重块；所述固定架摆放在平衡重井的顶部地面上；所述收卷结构设置在固定架的内壁上，所述收卷结构包括转动连接在固定架内壁上的第一绞轴、焊接在第一绞轴外壁上的两组第一收卷轮。本实用新型通过利用两组水平杆和斜杆，在使用绳索和滑轮的作用下，可将负重块垂直下降到井底形成绷直的移动轨道，在靠近第二滑轮处的绳索上夹持上测量结构后，使用收卷结构进行收卷绳索，利用两根被负重块垂直拉动的绳索上进行稳定移动，可避免下降时出现旋转的问题，提高测量结构下降测量时的稳定性，从而提高对平衡重井测量数据的精准度。
