智通财经APP获悉，龙蟠科技(02465)涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10%，报5.28港元，成交额5204万港元。
消息面上，12月24日晚，龙蟠科技公告称，旗下控股子公司常州锂源及亚太锂源与韩国LG新能源 (LGES) 修订了双方于今年2月签署的《长期供货协议》，修订后最引人瞩目的一项变化，是把锂源2028年前向LGES的磷酸铁锂正极材料销售数量从16万吨猛增到了26万吨，按照目前的市场价格测算，这一最新订单的整体市场价值接近人民币100亿元，是今年全球磷酸铁锂市场签订的最大一笔交易合同。
华创证券指出，龙蟠科技是润滑油与车用尿素龙头，2021年收购贝特瑞子公司贝特瑞（天津）与江苏贝特瑞100%股权，并在四川、江苏设立子公司投建磷酸铁锂产线，由此进入磷酸铁锂正极领域。贝特瑞下游客户覆盖主流电池厂宁德时代、比亚迪等企业。公司通过收购龙头企业的形式介入磷酸铁锂行业，相比钛白粉、磷化工转型做磷酸铁锂的企业而言更具客户优势，同时产品开发期大大降低，或将更快受益本轮磷酸铁锂景气周期。
