消息面上，锅圈发布公告，有关收购北海逮虾记食品有限公司(目标公司)合计41%的股权，股权收购协议所载的先决条件均已达成或获豁免，根据股权收购协议所载的条款及条件，公司于2024年12月24日完成收购目标公司41%的股权。
东北证券发布研报称，锅圈门店网络高速扩张，2023年达10307家，涵盖29个省、自治区及直辖市。随着公司扩大及深化线下门店销售渠道，创新多样化的新销售渠道，以及加强研发及上游供应链能力，巩固产品核心竞争优势，完善供应链数字化，推动会员体系建设，提升运营效率及收入，持续加大品牌建设及营销投入，提升消费者触达及粘性，预计门店及营收稳步增长。
