智通财经APP获悉，中国天瑞水泥(01252)跌超8%，截至发稿，跌8.7%，报0.315港元，成交额590.81万港元。
消息面上，中国天瑞水泥公告，德勤会计师事务所(德勤)已辞任公司核数师一职，自12月24日起生效，德勤考虑到许多包括与审计相关的专业风险、审计费用的水平，以及根据目前的工作流程他们可用的内部资源等因素。董事会及审核委员会预期，核数师辞任不会对集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度审核及年度业绩公布造成任何重大影响。
值得注意的是，天瑞水泥2024中期业绩至今仍未发布。另外，公司公布，先旧后新配售最多1.45股，涉及新股占扩大后股本4.7%；配售价0.33港元，较12月24日收报折让4.35%。集资净额4700万港元，其中89.79%拟用于偿还部分负债；余额拨作一般营运资金。
