智通财经APP讯，基石科技控股(08391)公布，于2024年12月27日，该公司拟向Spark EV Company Limited出售电动车充电器，总代价为约980万港元。
由于买方为该公司的联营公司，且电动车充电器需求殷切，董事对买方及泰国电动车充电市场的未来前景持乐观态度。董事认为，订立买卖协议将确保为买方提供高品质的电动车充电器开发，扩大公司于泰国的业务足迹，从而促进公司于香港以外地区的能力，并维持与买方未来良好的合作关系。
