TCL电子（01070）公布，于2024年12月24日（交易时段后），该公司间接非全资附属TCL SEMP拟分别向TCL家电、STA出售TCL SEMP Indústria e Comércio de Condicionadores de ar S.A.75%已发行股份及25%已发行股份，不附带任何及所有留置权，代价分别约为2.08亿港元及6933万港元。
于本公告日期，目标公司主要从事生产及销售空调业务，而该集团主要从事生产电视及销售各类家电产品。透过出售其于目标公司的股权，该集团将能够优化内部资源管理及专注于其核心业务，从而提升营运效率。此外，集团亦认为此为以适当价格变现其投资的良机，而出售事项所得款项可用作集团的营运资金。
于出售事项完成后，该集团仍将维持由TCL实业控股集团稳定供应TCL品牌空调，从而确保集团的全品类营销业务不受影响，并在本地市场及其他地区如常运作。
