Enterprise Development Holdings (HKG:1808) said Liang Liang resigned as co-chief executive officer, effective Jan. 24, due to a recent health issue of family members and other matters, according to Friday filings with the Hong Kong Bourse.
The board has yet to name Liang's successor.
