新浪科技讯 12月27日上午消息，多位用户在微博吐槽称网易云音乐年度听歌报告内容不准。对此，网易云音乐客服回应称，经与用户沟通并核查，听歌报告数据的整体逻辑准确，同时，有几种较为常见的因素，可能影响到用户对数据精准性的感受。

　　网易云音乐表示，影响用户感受的因素主要包括：一、多设备、多人听歌：如果曾使用车机、电视、智能音箱等多终端设备听歌；或账号曾出借他人使用，这些听歌数据都会被记录，可能会影响用户对报告数据的实际感受。另外少数用户也可能因为账号安全、风控相关问题，影响听歌数据。二、个性化推荐：如果使用过私人漫游/每日推荐等各类个性化推荐功能，这类随机播放的歌曲也会计入听歌报告，部分歌曲可能会让用户感到印象不深。三、统计周期：2024年度报告数据统计周期为1月1日-12月20日。2024年12月21日后的听歌数据不在统计范围内。
