智通财经APP讯，北京北辰实业股份(00588)发布公告，本公司全资子公司北京北辰地产集团有限公司(以下简称“北辰地产”)全资持股的长沙北辰房地产开发有限公司(以下简称“长沙北辰”)拟于近日与北京银行股份有限公司长沙分行(以下简称“北京银行长沙分行”)签署《借款合同》，向北京银行长沙分行申请经营性物业抵押贷款，贷款金额人民币12亿元(人民币壹拾贰亿元整)，期限15年。
长沙北辰拟于近日与北京银行长沙分行签署《抵押合同》，以长沙北辰持有的湘江北路三段1500号北辰时代广场板上部分D1-1栋G层01等101套房产提供抵押担保，为《借款合同》项下全部债务提供担保，担保的主债权本金金额累计不超过人民币12亿元。
本公司拟于近日与北京银行长沙分行签署《保证合同》，为长沙北辰向北京银行长沙分行提供连带责任保证担保，以担保长沙北辰按时足额清偿其在《借款合同》项下产生的全部债务。担保的主债权本金金额累计不超过人民币12亿元，担保期间为《借款合同》项下被担保债务的履行期届满之日起三年。
此外，本公司拟于近日就《借款合同》项下所述的贷款向北京银行长沙分行出具《流动性支持承诺函》(以下简称“《承诺函》”)，承诺若长沙北辰就《借款合同》项下约定的还本付息出现资金缺口，我司无条件为长沙北辰提供流动性支持。担保的主债权本金金额累计不超过人民币12亿元，担保期间为自《承诺函》加盖本公司公章之日起至上述贷款完全清偿之日止。
