Heilongjiang Transport Development (SHA:601188) completed the full acquisition of Xinke New Energy for 46.0 million yuan.
The acquisition was conducted through the highway toll operator's subsidiary, Longyuan Investment, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Xinke New Energy is involved in power generation, transmission, and distribution services.
Shares of Heilongjiang Transport Development closed 3% higher Friday.
