Kontafarma China (HKG:1312) has extended its agreement to lease factories and warehouses in Beijing's Yanqing District to SPF for an additional three years, until Dec. 31, 2027, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The properties, covering 15,000 square meters, will be used for production and operations.
Annual rental caps are set at 3.5 million yuan for 2025, 3.7 million yuan for 2026, and 3.8 million yuan for 2027.
