智通财经APP讯，天能动力(00819)发布公告，于本公布日期，丙1方已收购乙方于甲方拥有的全部股权，合共占甲方注册资本约28.57%，总收购价为人民币11亿元，乃根据股东协议所载以及该公布所披露有关卖权的条款及条件厘定。
于2024年12月26日完成可能收购事项及相关工商登记变更后，甲方继续为公司非全资附属公司，并分别由丙1方、丙2方及丙3方拥有65%、25%及10%权益。甲方的财务业绩将继续于公司综合财务报表综合入账。
