该地块位置：嵊泗县菜园镇海泽路北侧;土地面积：29,046平方米;土地用途：城镇住宅用地兼容零售商业用地，零售商业面积不超过总计容建筑面积的10%;出让年限：城镇住宅用地70年，零售商业用地40年;规划容积率：>1.0且≤2.0;规划建筑密度：≤30%;绿地率：≥30%;建筑层数：不超过18层;建筑高度：<60米。
