　　亿达中国（03639）发布公告，罗申美会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自2024年12月24日起生效。

　　经考虑公司的审核委员会的推荐建议下，董事会已议决委任柏淳会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，自2024年12月24日起，以填补罗申美辞任后之临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
