财中社12月26日电海峡石油化工（00852）发布公告，称公司已向警方报案，调查前任首席财务官关珮珊、王健生及其儿子涉嫌挪用集团资产的刑事案件。初步调查显示，关珮珊可能于2022年内滥用职权，与王健生及王鹏合谋，通过向王鹏作出未经授权的报销方式挪用资产，金额初步估计超过百万港元，主要用于王鹏的个人消费和购买奢侈品。
公司目前正在进行彻底的内部调查和审计。董事会表示将根据上市规则适时公布调查的进一步进展，以便股东和潜在投资者了解情况。
