观点网讯：近日，青岛港（06198.HK）宣布，计划在2025年度为全资子公司青港物流提供不超过人民币18亿元的担保。据了解，青岛港全资子公司青岛港国际物流有限公司（以下简称“青港物流”）开展期货交割库业务提供担保，担保总额不超过人民币18亿元。公司董事会授权董事长或总经理，在前述最高限额内，全权决定并办理具体对外担保事项，授权期限自2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。
