智通财经APP讯，四川能投发展(01713)发布公告，于2024年12月30日，公司获悉，能源投资集团与四川省投资集团于同日就实施重组订立合并协议。根据四川省人民政府的相关要求，能源投资集团与四川省投资集团进行战略重组，据此将成立新实体四川能源发展集团。四川能源发展集团的股东应包括四川省政府国资委、四川发展公司及四川省财政厅，且四川省政府国资委应为四川能源发展集团的实际控制人。重组交割后，能源投资集团和四川省投资集团的所有资产、负债、业务、人员、合同及资质连同彼等的所有其他权利及义务以及能源投资集团和四川省投资集团持有的下属分支机构及下属企业的股权或其他权益，均归属于四川能源发展集团。
重组完成后，预计四川省政府国资委仍将为公司最终实际控制人。
