智通财经APP讯，汇隆控股(08021)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年10月31日止六个月取得纯利介于2800万港元至3500万港元，而于截至2023年10月31日止六个月则取得亏损约1170万港元。
董事会认为，集团财务表现转亏为盈，主要是由于：金融资产公平值收益增加(由2023年同期的收益约100万港元增加至报告期间的收益约1400万港元);出售金融资产收益增加(由2023年同期的收益约30万港元增加至报告期间的收益约700万港元);及报告期间的应收贷款及利息减值亏损减少(由2023年同期的约3800万港元减少至报告期间的约900万港元)。
