金融界12月29日消息，海亮股份公告称，2024年12月27日，公司第八届董事会第二十次会议审议通过了相关议案，同意与万州经开集团、金龙集团签署《浙江海亮股份有限公司投资入股金龙精密铜管集团股份有限公司及合作经营之框架协议》。海亮股份拟以现金方式受让万州经开集团所持金龙集团部分股份，受让完成后，海亮股份持有金龙集团股份比例不低于20%。本次交易不涉及具体金额。同时，海亮股份与金龙集团将开展合作经营。本次交易不涉及关联交易，也不属于重大资产重组，尚需通过国家市场监督管理总局经营者集中审查。
