金吾财讯 | 建发国际集团(01908)早盘股价向好，并向30天线靠近，截至发稿，报12.86港元，涨2.88%，成交额658.1万港元。公司表示，福州汇成佰悦于今年11月19日成功竞得位于中国莆田市荔城区玉湖板块土地的土地使用权，总代价为5.85亿元人民币。于12月26日，订约方订立合作协议，将透过合营企业在土地上开发建造住宅及/或商业项目，集团附属公司厦门兆澄垚、莆田联欣泰、福州汇成佰悦及莆田市筑圆将分别于合营企业拥有9%、34%、51%及6%的权益。厦门兆澄垚于合营企业应付的资本承担金额为5,265万元人民币。合作协议项下拟进行交易完成后，厦门兆澄垚将持有合营企业9%股权。合营企业将不会成为集团的间接附属公司，且其财务财报不会将在公司的财务报表内综合入账。
