柠萌影视重续与腾讯关联交易
财中社12月30日电柠萌影视（9857）发布公告，宣布于2024年12月30日重续与腾讯计算机及腾讯音乐娱乐科技（深圳）的持续关联交易，涉及2025年影视剧集及电影版权授权框架协议、2025年广告制作服务框架协议及2025年音乐版权授权框架协议。这些协议的年度上限需要根据香港上市规则进行申报和公告。
根据公告，2025年影视剧集及电影版权授权框架协议的年度上限预计为9.11亿元，2026年和2027年的上限分别为13.43亿元和13.07亿元。广告制作服务框架协议的年度上限为600万元、800万元和800万元。音乐版权授权框架协议的年度上限为900万元、1000万元和1000万元。
公告还指出，由于腾讯通过其全资附属公司Tencent Mobility持有本公司约18.94%的权益，因此在股东特别大会上，腾讯Mobility将放弃投票权。独立董事委员会已成立，并将就交易及建议年度上限向独立股东提供意见。
