Odaily星球日报讯 马来西亚证券委员会（SC）已对 Bybit 及其首席执行官 Ben Zhou 采取执法行动，指控其在未进行适当注册的情况下运营加密资产交易平台。 SC 上周五宣布，已下令 Bybit 暂停其在马来西亚的网站、移动应用程序或任何其他数字平台运营。Bybit 还被勒令停止针对马来西亚投资者的所有广告活动，并关闭针对马来西亚人的 Telegram 支持小组。据悉，自 2021 年 7 月起，Bybit 和 Zhou 因同样的监管违规行为被列入该的投资者警示名单。 SC 指出，Bybit 已按照指示遵守执法行动，并提醒投资者，在未注册平台上交易加密货币的人不受马来西亚证券法的保护，并且面临更高的金融犯罪受害者风险。目前有六家加密资产交易所在马来西亚注册运营。 该公司在 Bybit Malaysia Telegram 频道的一篇帖子中表示：“我们理解这可能会带来一些不便，一旦我们获得适当的许可，我们期待在未来再次与您联系。”（The Block）
