消息面上，沧港铁路发布公告，沧州市当地政府机关正在完善黄骅港铁路集疏运体系的规划。作为黄骅港铁路集疏运体系一部分，当地政府将规划兴建连接黄骅港至集团铁路线上羊二庄站的第二条铁路走廊，此举将使集团得以在支援黄骅港的运输系统中扮演更重要的角色。公司正积极与多家大型国营运输企业探讨战略合作机会，旨在建立协调良好的调度系统及中央控制。
据悉，截至12月6日，黄骅港煤炭港区煤炭下水量完成20004万吨，较2023年提前7天突破2亿吨，同比增长2.1%，占北方港口煤炭下水总量近1/3，连续6年领跑我国北方煤炭港口。今年以来，国家能源集团黄骅港务有限责任公司发挥黄骅港“西煤东运、北煤南运”重要枢纽港口功能，积极探索智能化发展，建成生产调度指挥系统，将港口的生产组织充分融合到集团一体化运营中，切实发挥一体化协同运营优势。
