智通财经APP获悉，中电光谷(00798)尾盘急升，截至收盘，涨5.93%，报0.25港元。
消息面上，12月17日，中电光谷公告，武汉光谷联合与中电财务订立2024年融资协议。中电财务有条件同意由2025年2月10日至2026年2月9日的一年期间向武汉光谷联合提供最高为人民币10亿元循环融资。此外，中电财务公司股权变更获批，中国电子持股比例升至81.27%。据悉，中国电子间接持有中电光谷33.94%的股份，是公司的主要股东。
值得注意的是，今年9月，中电光谷与东方企业创新发展中心签订战略合作协议，双方将在产业专家智库搭建、电子信息、智能制造、数字经济、生物医药四大产业资源整合等领域展开全国范围内的落地合作。东方企业创新发展中心将与多家企业合作，与中电光谷运营项目湖北长江文创产业园深度对接，并逐步拓展至其他重要产业布局区域，加速优质项目和企业落地。
