智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股全线反弹，截至发稿，呷哺呷哺(00520)涨5.1%，报1.03港元；海底捞(06862)涨4.9%，报16.26港元；海伦司(09869)涨4.49%，报2.56港元；九毛九(09922)涨3.26%，报3.48港元；百胜中国(09987)涨0.85%，报377.6港元。
消息面上，据新华网报道，12月24日，肯德基启动了近两年来首次产品价格调整，此次调价平均涨幅为2%，具体调整范围在0.5元至2元不等，旨在更好地适应市场成本变化。开源证券指出，肯德基、麦当劳、蜜雪冰城带头涨价餐饮价格战趋缓；2024年11月肯德基平均店效已同比转正，关注2025年低基数下的店效增长，以及餐饮行业高经营杠杆下的利润增长弹性。
此外，随着岁末年尾消费旺季的到来，多地启动新一轮消费券发放活动，加大对餐饮、文旅等消费领域的支持力度。国金证券指出，消费券发放进一步扩大了活动覆盖对象范围。消费券对餐饮业有直接拉动作用，有利于刺激当地餐饮行业的消费需求。中信证券指出，临近春节，叠加自上而下不断对内需的重视、政策预期升温，消费有望迎来新一轮反弹修复。
