Sky Light Holdings Establishes Subsidiary for New Business Segment

Sky Light Holdings (HKG:3882) has decided to start a new business segment, under which the group will provide last-mile distribution system services to the superstore chains in China, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The group has established a subsidiary, Fengcai Intelligent Digital Technology (Shenzhen), to conduct the new business.

The subsidiary will provide last-mile distribution system services to the super and hypermarket chains in China through the provision of dedicated E-Bikes, new energy batteries, new energy charging equipment, their corresponding smart management software, and other relevant hardware and ancillary equipment.

The group will provide the full set of logistics equipment and collect rental in advance on a monthly basis.
