畅捷通与控股股东签订三年物业租赁协议
财中社12月30日电畅捷通（01588）发布公告，宣布与其控股股东用友签订物业租赁框架协议，协议期限为三年，将于2025年1月1日生效，至2027年12月31日届满。根据公告，物业租赁框架协议的主要内容包括用友继续向公司出租物业，租金将依据市场价格和开发成本等因素进行公平磋商确定。
此外，公告提到，物业租赁框架协议下的年度上限计算结果显示，相关交易的适用百分比率超出0.1%但低于5%，因此只需遵守香港上市规则第14A章的申报、公告及年度审核规定，免除独立股东批准的要求。
