财中社12月30日电畅捷通(01588)发布公告,宣布与其控股股东用友签订物业租赁框架协议,协议期限为三年,将于2025年1月1日生效,至2027年12月31日届满。根据公告,物业租赁框架协议的主要内容包括用友继续向公司出租物业,租金将依据市场价格和开发成本等因素进行公平磋商确定。
此外,公告提到,物业租赁框架协议下的年度上限计算结果显示,相关交易的适用百分比率超出0.1%但低于5%,因此只需遵守香港上市规则第14A章的申报、公告及年度审核规定,免除独立股东批准的要求。
