金吾财讯 | 宜明昂科-B(01541)公布，以最高约9819万元（人民币，下同）出售上海张投尧新科技发展全部股权予上海张江（集团），料亏损介乎70万至274万元。
据公告指，上海张投尧新科技发持有上海市浦东新区康桥工业园区的工业土地，土地面积约2.8万平方米。除已完成桩基工程外，土地目前未进行任何施工。该集团指，出售事项落实后将加强现金流，出售事项所得款项拟用作一般营运资金。
