Inotiv Raises Another $3.6 Million From Sale of Additional Shares

Inotiv (NOTV) said Monday it raised an additional $3.6 million after underwriters of its public stock offering exercised overallotment option to buy an additional 900,000 shares at $4.25 apiece.
The sale of additional shares closed on Monday.
The company already raised $24 million in net proceeds from the underwritten offering of 6 million shares at the same price.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital, capital expenditures and general corporate purposes, according to the company.
