Founder Holdings' Units to Renew Lease of Premises in Shangdi Founder Building, Beijing

Founder Holdings' (HKG:0418) two software development subsidiaries agreed to continue to lease certain premises in the Shangdi Founder Building in Beijing from Beijing New Founder Boya Real Estate Management for another year, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The premises of the renewed lease between the two lessees and the lessor include certain parts of Shangdi Founder Building at No. 9, Shangdi 5th Street, Haidian District, Beijing.

The premises leased to one of the company's subsidiaries, Beijing Founder Electronics, has an area of 7,025.70 square meters and that of Beijing Founder EasiPrint Digital Technology, the other subsidiary, has an area of 5,437.21 square meters.

The terms of the two renewed leases start from Jan 1, 2025, and expire on Dec. 31, 2025, with the total payable rent for the year coming in at 9.8 million yuan for Beijing Founder Electronics and 2.5 million for Beijing Founder EasiPrint Digital Technology.
