智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，该公司的全资子公司金风国际控股(香港)有限公司(以下简称“金风国际”)和 Goldwind Turkey Enerji Anonim Şurketi(以下简称“金风土耳其”)作为联合供应商，与 Esenguc Enerji Yatirim Anonim Şirketi(以下简称“Esenguc”)签署了《风机供货及安装协议》，其中金风国际作为离岸供应商，负责上述合同中的机组供货以及中国港口集港和海运工作;金风土耳其作为在岸供应商，负责土耳其港口的接货，土耳其内陆运输以及机组安装、吊装和调试工作。
金风科技与 Esenguc 签署《风机供货及安装担保协议》，为金风国际和金风土耳其在上述《风机供货及安装协议》项下的履约责任和义务提供担保，担保金额总计不超过 1203.41万欧元(折合人民币约 9074.54万元 )， 其中为金风国际提供的担保金额为 1095.1万欧元(折合人民币约 8257.84万元)，为金风土耳其提供的担保金额为108.31万欧元(折合人民币约816.71万元)，担保期限自《风机供货及安装担保协议》约定的预付款保函提交之日起至卖方(金风国际和金风土耳其)的责任和义务履行完毕之日止。
