智通财经APP讯，宜明昂科-B(01541)发布公告，于2024年12月30日(交易时间后)，公司与买方上海张江(集团)有限公司及目标公司上海张投尧新科技发展有限公司订立协议，据此，公司同意出售，而买方同意以购买价(最高金额人民币9818.9元减去调整)收购目标公司全部股权。
公告称，公司力求通过订立有关出售事项的协议实现更为均衡且战略一致的资产组合，提高资本利用率，增强整体财务稳健度。出售事项落实后将加强集团现金流量，让集团得以改善其流动资金状况并为未来发展重新分配资源。
