智通财经APP讯，阿尔特(300825.SZ)公告，公司及控股子公司上海阿尔特领锐汽车技术有限公司(简称“上海领锐”)与AIM株式会社(简称“AIM”)共同签署了《AIM EVM量产采购合同》。AIM委托公司及上海领锐共同承接组织AIM EVM的整车生产制造，合同总金额按项目总订单量纲测算约为人民币4.7亿元。合同期限自2024年12月26日起(含当日)至2030年12月31日。
