招商证券研报指出，近期医保局召开座谈会支持发展商保与创新支付，卫健委召开座谈会研究推进创新药进医院、支持医务人员合规参加中外医药企业学术会议等内容，财政部《关于政府采购领域本国产品标准及实施政策有关事项的通知（征求意见稿）》提出拟在政府采购活动中对本国产品的报价给予20%的价格扣除，等等。我们认为板块整体信心有望增强，积极看好医药板块投资机会。
中泰证券指出，在2024年尾声，宏观政策出现显著回暖，同时医保局态度发生明显转变，积极推进医保基金预付工作、大力赋能商业保险、持续鼓励创新药进入医保等措施，与过往的“政策工具包”形成明显对比。展望2025年，在宏观刺激政策的共振下，医药行业的基本面改善、配置性价比都会成为吸引资金的重要因素。
