消息面上，12月27日，思摩尔国际发布股权激励计划，向9名承授人授出141.6万股奖励股份，向集团12名合格参与者授出226万股购股权，向陈志平先生有条件授出6100万份购股权。财通证券认为，电子雾化行业具备长期增长潜力，公司凭借技术及产品优势、可靠的客户群及强大的营销网络，有望持续增强竞争优势，公司提供长期股权激励，有望绑定核心管理层。
另外，思摩尔国际大客户英美烟草近期于塞尔维亚推出最新一代加热烟草设备Glo Hilo 及其高端型号Glo Hilo Plus。浙商证券表示，新一代Glo Hilo产品无论横向对比市面上的领军产品IQOS iluma i或是纵向对比上一代老产品均有显著的性能和使用体验提升，看好其在25-26年逐渐拓展至更多市场、迎来放量。思摩尔国际研发实力强、有望受益。
