力宝（00226）公布，于 2024 年 12 月 27 日，董事会已议决向于记录日期名列公司股东名册的股东并根据彼等当时各自于该公司的持股比例，以实物分派公司透过 Hennessy 间接持有的最多 1，193，432，757 股 HKC 股份（假设自本公布日期至记录日期已发行股份总数并无变动）的方式宣派特别中期分派，基准为各合资格股东每持有 1000 股股份获分派 2420 股 HKC 股份，分派股份的数目将下调至最接近的整数。
