智通财经APP获悉，晋景新能(01783)早盘涨超4%，高见7.39港元，再创上市新高。截至发稿，涨4.25%，报7.36港元，成交额528.79万港元。值得注意的是，公司总市值突破100亿港元。
消息面上，12月16日，晋景新能宣布，向独立第三方招商银行旗下CMB International Global Products及维视资本发行合共2155.3万股新股。每股认购价格为6.00港元。上述认购事项待董事会、联交所上市委员会批准后，方告完成。
据悉，自2024年5月29日起，晋景新能已与香港特别行政区政府行政长官就屯门环保园T2和T3地段签订租约，租赁面积约为9,420平方米，租期为20年，专门用于运营退役动力电池处理业务，目前已委托在该地点建造一座电池处理设施。晋景新能预期，认购事项所得款项净额约为1.292亿港元，拟用于环保园项目，修葺、维护、改建及加建工程以及一般营运资金。
