　　晋景新能（01783）早盘一度涨超4%，高见7.39港元，再创上市新高。截至发稿，股价上涨3.97%，报7.34港元，成交额553.68万港元。值得注意的是，公司总市值突破100亿港元。

　　12月16日，晋景新能宣布，向独立第三方招商银行旗下CMB International Global Products及维视资本发行合共2155.3万股新股。每股认购价格为6.00港元。上述认购事项待董事会、联交所上市委员会批准后，方告完成。
