Deep Yellow (ASX:DYL) issued 622,518 performance rights under the terms of the company's awards Plan, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
In addition, the company issued 7,500 fully paid ordinary shares following the exercise of 7,500 performance rights, also in accordance with the plan's terms and conditions, the filing said.
Shares of Deep Yellow rose past 1% in recent Monday trade.
