智通财经APP讯，青建国际(01240)发布公告，本集团近期获授两份香港建筑工程合约，即：香港房屋委员会(房委会)于2024年12月12日就元朗天华路第一期公共房屋发展项目地基向本公司的间接全资附属公司授出一份主要合约(元朗合约)及房委会于2024年12月13日就东涌第133A区公共房屋发展项目地基向本公司同一间附属公司授出另一份合约(东涌合约)。
倘若完成该等合约中所述的所有建筑工程，两份该等合约的总合约额预计约为16.855亿港元(包括或有款项)(合约额)。元朗合约预期将于2026年2月完成，而东涌合约预期将于2026年8月完成。由于合约额包含或有款项，其未必会实现，故本集团自该等合约获得的实际合约额未必等于合约额。
