消息面上，上半年，美丽田园医疗健康收购奈瑞儿直营+特许经营门店共150家，辐射大湾区，覆盖客流交汇 的购物中心/社区型中心的主要位置。安信国际指出，奈瑞儿以中医文化为基石，主打“因时、因势、 因人”的东方美养理念，业务涵盖美容保健服务、医疗美容服务和亚健康医疗服务， 与美丽田园现有业务形成互补，提升规模效益。
西部证券则指出，继3月公司宣布收购奈瑞儿核心资产的70%股权后，8月宣布以特许经营方式将奈瑞儿剩余75家门店纳入麾下。此次收购将扩充公司新会员资产，拓宽生活保健的流量入口，大幅提升公司市占率。且公司确立收并购为集团级战略，后续公司仍会探寻美业并购机会，推动完善一站式美容和保健、医疗美容和亚健康医疗服务布局。
