BRILLIANCE CHI与TCL合资成立智能座舱企业 资本总额14亿元
BRILLIANCE CHI（01114）发布与TCL成立合资企业的公告。根据公告，金杯汽控与TCL宁波签署合资协议，成立一间合资企业，专注于在中国开发和制造智能座舱及显示器组件业务。合资企业的资本总额为14亿元，金杯汽控和TCL宁波各持有50%权益，金杯汽控将以现金出资7亿元，TCL宁波则以现金和注入资产的方式出资7亿元。
本公司表示，成立合资企业是其扩展智能汽车解决方案业务策略的一部分，旨在开发智能驾驶及座舱整合服务，提升汽车功能和驾驶体验。预计该合资企业将推动本集团的进一步发展，带来稳定和可持续的增长。由于该合资企业的最高适用百分比率低于5%，因此不构成须予公布的交易，此公告为本公司自愿发布。
