Tongdao Liepin Group (HKG:6100) unit TD Elite (Tianjin) Information Technology subscribed for 170 million yuan of a structured deposit product issued by Xiamen International Bank, a Monday bourse filing said.
The investment was funded by the redeemed principal amount of subscriptions of other structured deposit products by Xiamen International Bank on Nov. 29 and Dec. 9.
The move came about in order to put the talent services platform company's temporary idle funds to better use.
